Luxury Vinyl Installation in a New Kelowna Detached Home

Project Overview: Completing the final stage of development in a newly built 2-storey + basement family home, our team undertook the installation of 3,100 sq. ft. of luxury vinyl and 1,200 sq. ft. of carpet.

Flooring Solution: We opted for Firmfit, a premium luxury vinyl product product from the Canadian Richmond Reflection brand. Firmfit is a floating, wide-plank vinyl flooring that beautifully mimics the appearance and texture of bevelled hardwood, for the main floor and basement areas. The upstairs bedrooms and stairs were elegantly adorned with a textured Saxony carpet, seamlessly harmonizing with the colour scheme of the luxurious vinyl downstairs.

Product Selection Process: Our objective was to achieve a timeless aesthetic that complements the contemporary interior while catering to the dynamic lifestyle of a three-generation family. By implementing luxury vinyl throughout the entire main floor, including the living and dining rooms and the open kitchen area, we created a cohesive and spacious environment that exuded elegance and resilience. The interior designer meticulously selected colours inspired by the marble countertop and the kitchen furniture's glossy white and wood grain veneer, ensuring a harmonious blend with the overall decor
